INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AWARENESS PROGRAME

The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness program aims to educate individuals/students/faculties/IPR enthusiasts about intellectual property rights and their significance, through various workshops, seminars, and campaigns.

The program aims to increase understanding and knowledge about IP rights, encourage responsible use of intellectual property, and ultimately foster a culture of innovation and creativity leading to economic growth, and social development.

IPR TRAINING FOR MSME's/ ENTREPRENEURS

   IPR training helps MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and entrepreneurs understand the importance of protecting their innovations and original ideas.

     Additionally, understanding intellectual property rights enables MSMEs and entrepreneurs to navigate legal complexities in the business world, thereby preventing infringement and potential conflicts.

    It empowers them to make informed decisions regarding licensing, collaborations, and partnerships.

At SCK & Associates, we take pride in offering exclusive internship programs designed to nurture talent in the fields of Law, Management, and Technology. Offered only twice a year, these highly selective programs provide a unique 45-day opportunity for a limited number of outstanding students to gain practical exposure, build professional skills, and work closely with experienced professionals across various domains.

Duration: 45 days

Winter Internship Period: November 1 – December 15; Summer Internship Period: March 15 - April 30

The Internship is in Hybrid Format.

Law students (preferably 3rd year and above or equivalent)/ Management Students with strong interest in Intellectual Property law and research writing.

Good analytical and drafting skills

Summer Internship Period: March 15 – April 30

The summer internship is oriented towards Academic IP research and scholarly engagement. Interns will contribute to World IP Day projects, thematic research articles, and knowledge-building initiatives that celebrate and explore the role of IP in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The program aims to deepen interns’ academic understanding of global IP developments while preparing them for future research and advocacy in this domain.

Winter Internship Period: November 1 - December 15

The winter program emphasizes policy-based research and analytical writing on contemporary and emerging issues in Intellectual Property Rights. Interns will work closely with the team on research papers, case law analysis, and policy briefs, contributing to ongoing projects and publications. The focus is on understanding the intersection of law, innovation, and technology, and gaining practical insights into how IP policy shapes industry and academia.
